Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation Chiropractor with 30+ years of experience helping athletes and active adults stay in the game.

Dr. Michael Ross has been practicing Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation Chiropractic for over 30 years. His patient population is mostly athletic individuals, CrossFitters, weightlifters, and active adults who want to stay active — not sit on the sidelines.
Unlike traditional chiropractic, Dr. Ross combines chiropractic manipulation with Active Release Technique (ART), exercise rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning principles to address the root cause of pain — not just the symptoms.
He is one of only a handful of Chiropractors to hold both the CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and DACRB (Diplomate, American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board) credentials — a combination that uniquely qualifies him to bridge the gap between clinical rehab and performance training.
His approach is simple: get you better fast, teach you how to stay better, and send you back to doing what you love.
All of our Chiropractic Physicians are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic having passed all required examinations of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Washington State Chiropractic Board exam. Our Physicians also possess advanced certifications in strength & conditioning, and/or exercise rehabilitation from accredited governing bodies. They are not licensed massage therapists or physical therapists. Chiropractic care is defined under RCW 18.25.005, specifically in section 2 as inclusive of “exercise, massage, trigger point therapy, dietary advice and, …the normal regimen and rehabilitation of the patient” which may overlap with some other disciplines.
Passive treatment alone doesn't work. Every patient leaves with an active rehab plan — not just adjustments.
You shouldn't have to stop training to heal. The goal is to keep you moving while we fix the underlying problem.
Short-term intensive care that builds lasting resilience. Not endless appointments. Not dependency.
